Rates

Rental is charged on a weekly basis

Charge includes electricity and maintenance i.e. pool cleaning during stay and villa cleaning at the end of let. A welcome pack can be arranged (please phone / email for more details).

An initial deposit of 25% will be due on booking and the balance is required a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.

Please note that if you choose to cancel, the deposit and/or balance is not refundable. In your own interests please ensure that you take out adequate insurance at the time of booking in case of illness, accident etc.
